Who We Are

Echelon is a community of diverse young adults collectively rising up to serve The Salvation Army through fellowship and networking, service and volunteering, donations and fundraising in cities across the country. Echelon was founded in 2010 in Dallas, Texas and has since been branded as the National Young Adult Auxiliary of The Salvation Army. Echelon has grown around the country since then, with Echelon ATL now the 15th chapter!

Echelon ATL recently launched in October 2017. We are a group of young professionals, ages 21-39, committed to supporting the Salvation Army’s efforts in Atlanta by providing opportunities for young adults to engage with the organization and the community. We serve the Salvation Army of ATL and support its efforts to serve the homeless, the abused, veterans in crisis, addicts, senior adults, and at risk children and families through various programming, training, and volunteer opportunities. In addition to service, we hold social and networking events for our members to meet key leaders in our community and strengthen their networks in an effort to Do The Most Good.

Our goal is to encourage many more young professionals within Atlanta to join us as we continue to raise awareness, network, fundraise and serve the community around us.
